  • Account Data: Email address, name, and avatar when you sign up via email or Google OAuth.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, AI Snapshot queries, destinations compared.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device info, collected automatically via Cloudflare.
  • Payment Data: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details.

3. Legal Basis

  • Consent: Cookie preferences, marketing emails.
  • Contract: Processing necessary to provide the ReloMap service (account management, AI features).
  • Legitimate Interest: Analytics to improve our platform, security monitoring.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase: Database hosting, authentication (EU servers).
  • Cloudflare: CDN, DDoS protection, static hosting.
  • Google: OAuth authentication, AI API for Snapshots.
  • Stripe: Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant).

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion request, data is removed within 30 days. Usage analytics are anonymized after 26 months.
